What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

How long does the light stay on?

As long as there is darkness, the light will remain on throughout the entire night; once the sun rises, the light will turn off automatically.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Typically, once your number has been made and assembled, it is shipped immediately, usually within 48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information and a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How easy is it to install?

It literally takes just 5min to install, all that is required is a phillips screwdriver and screw in the 6 supplied stainless steel screws. Check out our install video.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are proudly manufactured and assembled in Kaukapakapa New Zealand.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
